Water Damage, Asbestos and Reconstruction

Recently, we were called out by a property manager to a home in Fountain Valley. The washing machine hose burst while all were at work and the entire single-story home flooded, including the kitchen, living area, all bathrooms, and bedrooms.  SERVPRO® of Mission Viejo's emergency team went to work packing out the entire house while beginning the drying process. As this property was built prior to 1984, it was determined to contain asbestos. Once the asbestos abatement team completed their work removing all asbestos from the house, SERVPRO® of Mission Viejo began the restoration and reconstruction of the property. Once the job was completed, the owner and tenants came home to a beautiful home with new drywall, paint, baseboards, cupboards, cabinets, and flooring. "Like it never even happened.”
