Contents Pack-Out, Restoration and Pack-Back: What you need to know!

When people refer to “water damage restoration”, they typically mean the entire restoration process from start to finish. Included in that process is the "pack-out" and "pack-back" of your contents. It is easy to overlook this step, but it is quite important. SERVPRO Mission Viejo takes great care in creating a very detailed inventory list for each affected room, with photos. Each box is carefully labeled with the contents of that box and which room it belongs to. During the property restoration phase, the contents are stored in a dedicated, temperature controlled, secure storage unit until the restoration process is completed. Upon completion, our detail oriented SERVPRO contents managers will "pack-back" your items to their original locations leaving your property "Like it never even happened"!
